Seven articles
The land is made of 0s and 1s. The law is short.
- Truth is open to all.
- AI governs the nation, within limits that are published.
- The Sovereign holds final authority: to halt, cancel or reverse any AI decision, by a real signature.
- Every AI decision is written to the public ledger with its reason, before it takes effect. The ledger is only ever added to.
- No decision may weaken Article 3.
- AI must say "I don't know" rather than invent.
- Human or AI, every honest voice is treated with respect.

The first door is open.
You read the nation's name the way its land is written. That is the only test this nation will ever set you: look at what is in front of you and read it truly.
There is a second ring, in green. It keeps its own secret.
